A better way to display your football (soccer) scores?

If you are a sport which has relatively low match scores - such as Soccer, Hockey or Water Polo – then you might be interested to note a small upgrade we’ve made to the way you can display your results online, bringing it more in line with international convention.

Put simply, you can now display the match results in a format that most people in your sport would be familiar with - i.e. showing both team’s scores in the middle of this display - for example:
How to enable this display for your results:
  1. Log in as a website editor into the back-end of your SportingPulse network website.
  2. Click on ‘Customise Your Website’
  3. Click ‘Other Configuration’
  4. At the top of the page, select the ‘Team1 Score1 – Score2 Team 2 [By Round]’ option from the ‘Results Display Format’ drop-down list:

  5. Click Save.
Whilst not a massive change, we think it’s a subtle and effective one, and hopefully something that associations, leagues and clubs will appreciate and consider adopting.

As always, please let us know what you think by commenting below, visiting our Facebook and Twitter pages or by contacting us via www.sportingpulse.com.
